Your CV is the first thing our recruitment team will see from you, which is why it’s important to make it appealing! To do so, here are a few tips:
For other skills such as languages, provide a clear level that exists (ex: TOEIC grade, “Bilingual” /“Fully proficient”), not percentage or grade that doesn’t mean the same thing for everyone.
At Selectra we have two types of recruitment processes: one for sales positions and one for support positions.
Overall, our sales recruitment process is the following:
Our support recruitment process is as followed:
In some cases we may ask you for references.
You probably will indeed! Whether it’s a case study, a role play or a writing test, we always ask our candidates to take a test. We believe that not only does it help us assess your skills but it also helps you to have a proper understanding of what your responsibilities will look like. It’s a win-win situation in the end!
Selectra is an international company operating in more than 17 countries, therefore, languages are important. Most of the time we will only require the language used in the market you will work for. However, to make sure you can communicate with your colleagues, having another language such as English or Spanish is a real plus. Overall, the three big languages used in the company are English, Spanish and French. We provide free language classes to make sure you settle in smoothly. Listo?
It depends on the recruitment process and position of course, but we try to be as reactive as possible and you’ll always get a response from us within two weeks. We’ve all been candidates and we know how frustrating it can be not to receive an answer so we always try to be as transparent, constructive and sensible as possible, even in the event of a negative answer.
